I’ve been a Verizon Wireless customer for years…probably about 15 to be exact! That should tell you I’ve been fairly satisfied with their service and Verizon Plan Upgrades!
I was a contract customer for almost a decade, but once I learned about their prepaid plans, I switched over to that.
The only complaint I really have with Verizon is that they will make a new plan available, but not tell me.
I don’t know if I’m not signed up for something or whatnot, but ever since I’ve been with Verizon, they just seem to love trying to sneak special promotions past me!
A few years ago, I was on the 2GB data plan. I logged in to their app one day to find a special offer, upgrade to 3GB with no charge. Soon after that, I logged in to find another new plan that allowed me to rollover unused data.
Now What about the Newest Verizon Plan Upgrade?
Now, just a few days ago, I logged into the app to find a whole brand new offer, upgrade my line to the 8GB plan for $10 more, and receive a bonus 7GB of data FOR LIFE!
This also came with an autopayment option that would reduce my plan by $5. So, with this new plan, I get 12GB extra per month for $5 more.
And this hasn’t happened just in the last few years. This pretty much has been going on in one form or another with Verizon since I’ve signed up with them.
I’ve been on auto-pay for a while now, so who knows what other deals I’ve missed!
I would also like to mention that I purchased an unlocked Essential PH-1 phone last summer. My old sim card wouldn’t work with the new phone.
When I took it in to Verizon to get a new sim card, they gave me a brand new one for free!
