If there was one thing I wish someone had said to me before I went off to college, I wish that person would have told me “Film school is trash!”
If you’re thinking about going to film school, or any school of art really, you’re better off investing the money into yourself. Buy your own supplies and learn off YouTube. The best way to learn is by doing, and if you go to school, you’re essentially paying someone else to tell you what to do.
Art is subjective, so it’s really hard to be wrong.
