Why hasn’t this seller, NaHai, renamed the product title? The NaHai Vivosmart Replacement Band is not a 100% guarantee.
I have the Garmin Vivosmart HR and needed a new wristband. This one had four stars, so I figured it was fine. Lots of people leave 1 star reviews for dumb reasons.
As a handful of other reviews have suggested, make sure to read the description of the product to make sure your model number matches the NaHai Garmin Vivosmart HR Replacement band. The title is misleading. It only says that it is “NOT compatible with Vivosmart HR+”, not that it isn’t compatible with all Vivosmart HR’s.
Is the Return of the NaHai Vivosmart Replacement Band Worth It?
I’ve had to return incorrectly purchased products to amazon in the past, and I had to pay for shipping. A few other reviews have shown similar situations for this product.
NaHai hasn’t reached out to me after over 2 weeks.
At least the one side fit really well. A couple points for that!
The quality of the band seems alright though, so if you are still interested, make sure your Garmin is not one of the following models:
“band IS NOT suitable for the watch if the beginning of the series number is：S / N 4JE / 4JF / 4VD / 4VB.”
