Third Party Vendors Can’t Cancel Amazon Subscription
If you subscribed to a third party vendor through Amazon Subscriptions, the third party vendor has no control over your account. Amazon retains your account access, and the vendor only has access to your shipping address to ship your subscription to you.
If you contact the third party vendor, there will be nothing they can do to modify your subscription because they don’t have access to your account on Amazon. You have to either go into your Amazon account to configure your subscription or contact Amazon to manage your subscription.
How to Cancel Amazon Subscription
To modify your subscription, of which the third party vendor has no access to, that you made through Amazon account, follow these steps:
- Login to your account on Amazon.com
- Go to Your Account
- Go to Memberships & Subscriptions
There, you will see a list of your subscriptions. You can configure your subscription there to your liking.
Since the third party vendor can not access your account on Amazon, they will not be able to change your subscription for you – only you, the Amazon account holder, can manage your subscription you made through Amazon, either in your Memberships & Subscriptions page or by contacting Amazon.

There is a link in the description of this video so you can click on that link instead of typing all of that into your URL address bar to help with your Amazon subscription that the third party vendor does not have access to.
So, to recap, a third party vendor is not able to manage your subscription you made through Amazon because only you have access to your subscription you made through Amazon. The third party vendor does not have access to your Amazon account, and therefore, can not modify your subscription that you made through Amazon.
