Books of Blood Review, Volumes 1-3 Paperback
I’m not a reader (the only other book I have read outside of required reading for school was Dies the Fire), but I have enjoyed what I have read out of Books of Blood, Volumes 1 to 3 so far.
I mostly have non-fiction books, and decided to pick up some fiction. “Hellraiser” is one of my favorite movies, so I picked up this one by Clive Barker.
One of my friends who reads a lot of books said that sometimes the descriptions in this book are like stories within themselves!!
Sorry, I haven’t read the whole book, but reading fiction takes forever for me, so I thought I’d give my insight on the book. I’ve randomly read a few of the stories (“Son of Celluloid” is my favorite so far, but that may be because I love movies), but you must read the first one, “The Book of Blood”, as it kind of sets up the tale for the rest of the stories.
